Southern California Family Mediation

We Need Your Support to Heal the Heart of Social Conflict & Keep Kids Out of Foster Care

Although the court cannot financially support dependency mediation, the need is tremendous. The impact of the resulting recidivism on the court and foster care systems is significant… But the impact on children is tragic.  Without a detailed Parenting Plan, conflict and a return to the juvenile justice system may be all some children and coparents ever know.

In addition to providing Coparenting Workshops, 95% of which result in Parenting Plan agreements, a fully funded SoCal Family Mediation program will be able to mediate at any stage of the dependency process, beginning the learning and healing at the initial hearing.
